Ingredients:
1 package of thawed, cooked shrimp
1 box of vegetable pasta
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of balsamic vinaigrette ( you may need to add more)
Directions:
Boil the pasta per the directions on the box. Drain. Transfer to a medium bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together. Refrigerate and serve.
Notes: You can also add cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado- you name it!
