Ingredients:
1 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1 cup of oats
1 tbspn Chia seeds
1/2 cup of yogurt (I used Greek vanilla)
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen berries (any and all types of ‘berry’ you happen to have) - you can also add honey or sweetener (I didn’t)
Directions:
Blend until smooth
