Trying this Japanese Hot Cakes recipe, I was in for a treat! They came out very fluffy and thick- just amazingly delicious!
...but don’t just take my word for - try them for yourself!
Notes:
- I would add a tad bit more vanilla extract.
- The recipe states to pour the batter half way into the cookie cutter, but honestly, you can just fill it a third of the way and still have nice yummy, fluffy hot cakes!!
