Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados
1 white onion
1 Jalapeño
1 Lime
10-12 sprigs of cilantro
Directions:
Cut the onion in fourths and then chop up one of the fourths. Cut the jalapeño in half and chop one half, chop up all the cilantro.
Put 2 tablespoons of onion and cilantro, and then 1 teaspoon of the jalapeño in the grinder. Put a couple pinches of salt and then squeeze the whole lime on top. Grind all together into a paste.
Then add the meat of the avocado and grind altogether. You can add tomatoes, garlic or anything else you would like to add more flavor or to “dress it up”. I kept mine plain.
Grab some tortilla chips and dig in!
